At Canlay Pharmaceuticals, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines in place for returns and refunds.

1. Return

Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns on pharmaceutical products once they have been opened or used. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt, and we will assist you in processing a return.

2. Refunds

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will provide a full refund or replacement upon receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

3. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products must be unopened and in their original packaging.
  • Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping charges.
